MAKASSAR - Sebuah pos polisi lalu lintas (lantas) di depan Pasar Terong, Jalan Mesjid Raya, Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, dibakar oleh orang tidak dikenal. Peristiwa itu terjadi Minggu (23/3/2014) sekira pukul 01.50 Wita.
Tidak ada korban jiwa dalam kejadian itu. Beruntung, saat pembakaran pos lantas tidak ada seorang pun petugas yang jaga.
Seorang saksi mata, Indra, mengatakan, ada dua pelaku yang datang menggunakan sepeda motor.
Indra mengaku mendengar suara letusan di pos tersebut. Saat dilihat dua orang yang berbondengan sepeda motor itu melarikan diri.
“Tidak lama setelah kejadian, aparat Polsek Bontoala tiba dan memadamkan api dengan air,” ujarnya.
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada konfirmasi dari pihak kepolisian yang berwenang.
